I've been a customer at this store for awhile now. Every single time I go it's been a great experience. Heather is AMAZING! My dogs been dealing with some allergy issues for awhile. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and she's made my dog food journey so much easier. I've had the best customer service experience at this store location and will drive the extra miles because of this. They even go as far as to remind you about the upcoming sales to ensure they have your items in stock. I've had the employees walk around with me to ensure I find the right type of dog food (kibble & raw) to fit my dogs needs. Heather's even helped me build the confidence to advocate for my dogs health at my vet and after the vet visit, she's been right so many times ! I'm so grateful for her and the other employees at this store. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to store. Quality products and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their self dog wash is better than Wag n Wash.

Amazing professional and knowledgeable employees. They know what customer service is. They have a great selection of products. If they are out of some they will offer to bring it from one of their other locations.

They helped me pick a healthier food for my bully and the perfect addition of the Stella and Chewy dried meat to add on top for added protein and lower calories and I get a free bag after 10! Great place with a great staff.

Love this store! Merrin and Heather are super helpful and knowledgeable when trying to find food for our special diet dog. They go above and beyond to give assistance and are always so sweet to our girls and us! They have everything you could hope for and more for food, treats, toys, and apparel. Highly recommend them for any of your pet needs!
